Based on Intel powerful 2nd Generation Sandy Bridge Core i CPU , AR-V6100FL is a powerful industrial-grade computing solution for all vehicle application, such as Fleet management, vision procession, Telemetric, Traffic safety control and numerous other vehicles. To use in rugged environment, AR-V6100FL is capable of operation at -20°C to 60°C and can withstand vibration up to 2G (follow IEC60068-2-64) and shock up to 50G 11ms (follow IEC60068-2-27).

AR-V6005FL and AR-V6100FL in vehicle computers are both with the power subsystem can be fully protected by over-voltage, over-current and surge protection which make them comply with E-Mark and ISO-7637 in-vehicle power standard.

Fanless Intel 910GMLE Celeron M 1GHz/600MHz Embedded System

AR-ES5231FL includes one SO-DIMM socket for maximum of 1GB System Memory. It uses AC power adapter to furnish DC 12V. AR-ES5231FL’s fanless design reduces failures due to CPU and systems fans, thus increasing the product life and reliability significantly. With its small size (16.5 x 25 x 6.7 cm) and wall mounting kit, the unit easily fits into any application. Its PCI-104 expansion slot provides many options for all kinds of 104 modules to meet specific project needs.
 
AR-ES5231FL has several Input/Output ports, such as: Dual 18-Bit LVDS and VGA, supporting dual display; one Giga LAN and one 10/100 LAN supporting multiple levels of network traffic; one SATA , one IDE and one compact flash slot, supporting many storage options; USB2.0, 8 GPIO and 4 COM (One RS422/485 Selectable) ports, along with stereo audio, allow the unit to meet various industrial computer applications.
 

OS support for Windows XP, XP embedded and Windows CE, Linux allows flexibility. 1~255 seconds software programmable watch dog timer can wake system from unexpected failures and save technical service loads.

AIV-HM76V0FL is protected with the most complete power input protection to adapt the harsh electrical environment in any kind of vehicle. Such protections are automotive transient voltage suppression, over/under voltage protection, over current protection, reverse voltage protection and automotive fuse.

The smart power management subsystem enables user to define the power on and off sequences through software interface or BIOS setting to meet any requirement of in-vehicle applications.

The AIV-HM76V0FL’s fanless thermal design provides the high reliability in vehicle applications. It utilizes advanced heat pipe, heat sink, and thermal pad to solve the problem of heat generated by CPU, Chipset, DRAM and power devices. This is a big challenge for designing a fanless computer what supports up to 45 Watts quad core of core i7-3720QM processors.
