This compact, fanless embedded vision system combines high-performance computing, flexible visual interfaces, and rugged reliability in a space-efficient form factor. With a low-profile footprint of just 150 x 106 x 57 mm, it’s ideal for space-constrained AI deployments in machine vision systems, roadside enclosures, and autonomous mobile robots—supporting applications such as automated inspection, industrial vehicles, and smart transportation.
Powerful Performance with Versatile Vision Interfaces
Built on Intel’s latest platform, the VAI-MTL supports up to 48GB of DDR5 5600MHz memory, three 4K DisplayPort outputs, and multiple USB ports (up to 10Gbps), delivering the processing capability required for demanding AI workloads.
To enhance connectivity, VAI-MTL offers dual 2.5GbE LAN ports and two USB 3.2 ports, making it ideal for integrating industrial or security cameras and other peripherals.
Internally, the VAI-MTL supports extensive expansion via M.2 E-Key and B-Key slots, enabling integration of 5G/4G modules, CAN bus, COM ports, or HDMI capture cards. For storage, it includes a Gen4x4 M.2 NVMe slot and a 2.5” SSD tray. With its wide-range 9V-55V DC input, MIL-STD-810G compliance, and optional ignition control, it is well-suited for battery-powered and in-vehicle deployments.
